Settled account still reflecting as unpaid 2 yr la

I am utterly disgusted that BlueBean have put my settled credit card back onto my credit profile as an unpaid item, it has now negatively affected my credit profile which has also now affected my chance of purchasing what could be my dream home. My card was settled in April 2011 and was readded in the last 12 months to my credit profile, not once did I even receive a phone call from them to verify the details etc. What kind of an operation do you run if you dont even know when your accounts are settled and think you have the right to do this to people. This is the worst kind of defamation of character I have ever experienced and I will be taking this further!
