Today i called this nr 0860100372 as i wanted to cancel something on my profile, i already knew that i will hold for more than 5 minutes for my call to be answered, and i can live with that... but what me off most is the fact that i spoke to the consultant (Nathalie) who advised she will transfer me to the relevant department, she put me on hold and after that holla"the nr you have dialled does not exist "REALLY? which nr because i was suppose to be transferred i did not dial any nr... for heaven sake i'm using my cellphone here... why are you doing this ABSA... you guys are in for a suprise i am going to switch to FNB as they have super service i am really irritated with this...
