Worst service iv ever recieved

Last month I opened a cheque account online because I am so busy and dont get off often... Heard nothing from anyone for a week but needed the account asap so I went in to the bank to find out when I am getting it. I came fully prepaired with proof of residence ID book ect just in case they can give it to me there. Was dealing with this guy named Yasheen who then aided me in getting my card ect set up my password and so on I then gave him my ID book and proof of residence. Right a week later I start using my account was able to withdraw money and everything till end of month when I was stranded in Town with no money because my card now said restricted...

I Then went in to the branch to find out what is wrong then they said my account has not been FICA'd yet. Then asked asked the assistent to call Yasheen so I can find out why does this happen if I gave him all my documents he then said " I Do not know where you work but he sees alot of people daily" what does that have to do with me he should have done his job and FICA, d me. I then had to borrow money from people to get home. Which was a super inconvenience. Also now il cant use my own money for 5 days till they can FICA me
