I took up a loan with FNB on the 31st May, as soon as the money was paid into my account I paid it back to their account so that I could cancel the loan, contract does say you have 5 days to cancel the loan.
on the 25th June a sum of of R1139.43 was deducted from my account, I then called the department to report it and was refunded the money within 3 working days. on the 26th July the same amount was deducted from my account, I then called them on the 29th to report this, I spoke to Nthabiseng who advised that my money might be refunded on the same day, I called them again today the 01st of August as my money was not refunded, spoke to Andrea du Plesis who was of no help and she advised that I should call later on in the day to check if my money has been refunded. I advised that I need the money urgently and she was still not able to assist. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised she's busy even after holding for her for more then 5 min...
Its been over 3 working days and I still have not received my refund and the loan has still not been closed.
