How can we thank you :)

I have been an FNB customer for a lengthy period of time after moving from "beep" bank. In the period that I have been with FNB, never have I been pleasured as I am.

I openned my account and have been in contact with FNB since. I receive timeous feedback on the minimal number of inquiries that I have occassionally. I am constantly being updated in terms of mechanisms that could help me save costs. The list is just endless - I literally feel like there is someone appointed specifically to save me money and make my banking experience infinitely fruitful.

Allow me to observe protocol and acknowledge the structures that make this possible for me...
- First and foremost, leadership at the executive level, thank you very much for making this possible
- Management at branch level, I maintain that your mission and vision is in line with "How Can We Help You". Thank you very much
- Last but definitely not least, thank you very much to the consultants, agents, call-centre, financial practitioners who interact with me transparently to ensure I am constantly in the loop with my finincial happenings. Keep up the momentum. We appreciate and trust in you all.
