My account was in arrears and I made an arrangement with the bank to pay it over 4 months. Without giving notice 3 installments were taken out in less than 2 weeks. Whenever I speak to a consultant there is a different story and I have to hold the line. All calls are recorded so why don't they go back and listen to the conversations. They need to get their systems in place.
