My account was in arrears and I made an arrangement with the bank to pay it over 4 months.Without giving notice 3 installments were taken out in less than 2 weeks.Whenever I speak to a consultant there is a different story and I have to hold the line.All calls are recorded so why don't they go back and listen to the conversations.They need to get their systems in place.
