I am amazed at the overwhelming stories of people who have phoned in to Outsurance re their promo (R400) if they can't be your current insurer. I put this to the test. True. They did the same with my husband, gave him an invalid link, then made out as if he should have followed up, then after numerous calls to Potgieter, it was said he does not qualify as he is not the main driver of the vehicle. What a laugh. This company is a joke. Don't even bother to reply below with your half hearted explanantions / apologies, all Outsurance is is a ball of hot air. Have you guys even noticed how disliked you are on HP? Surely these hundereds of complaints re your "R400" must give you an incling. So many others have said you guys dodge sending the link then the linik is invalid (like my husbands) WHY??? That's so strange that hundreds of people get an invalid link for you guys to "rectify" once a complaint is aired on HP?? Makes one think.. then once the link is secured, to come with excuese "according to terms and conditions" bla bla. What a load of . this is just to get people to ph to get clients in. Don't reply we have NO interest whatsoever in you guys.
