I had a debt that was handed over to this company but had all the monies paid in fully by mid June but guess what they still didnt cancel the debit and an amount of R450 was deducted from me after running around to get hold of the responsible person i finally did and they requested i forwad a copy of my statement in order for them to pay me back and till now i have not received my refund and that was 2 weeks ago. The nerve of some woman called Cathy (who i believe is a manager) when i enquired anbout this told me not to give her instructions she has enough on her plate already... can you believe the attitude... today when i called in again the very same boss lady Cathy told me my account is not done YET as she is still awaiting allocation of payments from their finance department... so i guess if they have not rectified the problem till now clearly even next month i will be chasing them AGAIN...
