I have a policy with Assupol Life which I've been paying religiously since 2010. without informing me Assupol cancelled my payments and now my policy has been cancelled too without my consent. I have phoned faxed and emailed Assupol on numerous occasions to reinstate my policy but no one seems to care enough to respond to me. I have also taken the liberty of making a manual transaction in aid of reinstating my policy on my own but still there's no feedback. this kind of client service Is irresponsible and unprofessional. WHEN CALLING THE COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT THE LADY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND WHEN I CALLED BACK SHE PUT ME ON HOLD LONG ENOUGH FOR MY AIRTIME TO BE EXHAUSTED. I have spent lots of money on airtime and going to the bank but still receive no joy from Assupol.
