This is now the THIRD TIME this year that I have been debited twice, due to an 'error' on your side. My blue credit card is NOT in arrears (as GIFT confirmed - stating that he 'doesn't understand why the people has put through two debits' ) the last time it happen I was told that I cannot be refunded & I should go to my bank to reverse the debit order. Now I don't know what you people are thinking, but I do actually have a day job that does not include running around to fix your 'errors'. I don't work for African Bank so please do your own dirty work. Tyrone, at your Zevenwacht Mall branch put a 'break' on my loan which I didn't authorize or apply for & all he can say about it is that he is just as confused as I am as to why he would have done it. Now, people, I've had it! Please get your together. You have inconvenienced me enough. Sort these queries out today. I've contacted the ombudsman for banking services, I'm just waiting for your response - and I don't mean your standard reply you give to everyone else. REF9705979
