REALLY BAD ATTITUDE

My fiance and I went into FNB galleria to have me added to the internet banking log in. After waiting about 30 minutes to be helped by a consultant, we were hardly greeted by a young indian woman. We had brought all our relevant documentation, except my fianc? couldn't find his I.D. and brought his drivers license and Passport along instead. The consultant mentioned she would not accept that form of I.D. and that we should return when we have the I.D. The way in which she said it with such an attitude as if we were wasting her time. My fianc? was furious. He said that a passport is more proof of I.D. than an I.D book and her attitude was appalling. She glared at him. I cannot believe her behaviour. My Fianc? and I are seriously considering moving both our personal accounts and business account to a different bank that can actually be bothered to help and be FRIENDLY!
