We had an accident on the 5 of June 2013, the vehicle is written off. The vehicle was used for business use about twice a week, we were not aware that it must be insured for business use. The accident happened during private traveling (for my residential address to my office). The insurance refuses to settle the claim. We even told them we will pay the difference in for the duration of the policy between private and business use. They referred it to an internal dispute, but still no joy. The repair cost is R 32 900 according to the assessor.
