I am a client at Outsurance from 13-08-2007 and paid all premiums up to date.

Elrie Holthzhauzen changed my premium and risk cover on the 16-07-2013. I want you to send me a convo that Outsurance agreed and made me aware of the new debit order. I already paid the full premium on the previous Ford Bantam on 01-07-2013. I agreed that they should deduct the new premium at the 1st of every month. I received a proof on cover on the 17-07-2013 from Kealeratse Lekaowe. I believed that the new vehicle (Terios) is covered from date and there will be no problems.

Please take this matter as urgent, because I cant drive with a damaged windscreen. Can I also have some feedback from Willem Roos and Pieter Khan.
