FNB BAD SERVICE VERY DISSAPOINTED

I went into Middelburg mall branch to change my debit order dates.
1. It went of the 25th and now again the 31st (i cannot afford it) twice in one moth???
2. I went onto internet banking and emailed compains department 3x no answer not reply???

I am so angry dont they see what they do to people???
