Change to FNB

I have found changing to FNB the most stressful thing ever. Bad information. Contray to the advert I have had to change all my beneficiaries, stop orders etc myself. Dispite getting an sms to say cards would be deliveried I had to collect everything myself. No response from their comment line. Never again sorry I ever started it.
