How the is it possible that I borrow R15000 from you 5years ago, and yet I have been paying through my debt counsellors for the past 5 years and now that I want to try and settle the account I am being told that the settlement is R18000 yet u have received payment via the counsellors???
there is a serious problem on your systems and it needs to be looked into - I will also take this up with NCR and ombud if u cant sort this problem out - all I want is a decent settlement figure considering u received funds from me for the past 5 years already!!! atleast a discounted settlement figure that is well in line with what I have paid!!
let me know asap - as I said I wont mind taking it up NCR but will give u an opp to 1st try and resolve it.
