ABSA new internet banking site a disaster!!

The new ABSA internet banking site is just a big disaster. Not user friendly at all. I made two payments today for which the result came back as error, yet it was taken off my bank account and reflected in the beneficiary account!
Changing limits on the new website - where??? There are so many issues! And for some reason the old internet banking site now all of a sudden asks for a TVN for each and every transaction done - old or new beneficiaries!!! I am seriously thinking of moving to another bank, this internet banking site is absolutely ridiculous.
