Dispute on my rejected car claim

My car was involved in a car accident and was written off on 1 June 2013, it was a brand new car three weeks old,

Auto and General rejected my claim as the inspection was not done on my claim, these was despite the fact that I emailed them my tracker certificate who they inspected the car and the car was inspected at the dealership. I referred the outcome to the internal dispute resolution. Ms Tersia Nel was assigned to assist me, she was very friendly, helpful, she advised me on he progress of the dispute and she phoned me if she cant find me she would send me an email, I can safely say that she does walk her talk. She managed to consider all facts and particularly for me as a client and the decision taken by Auto and General was overturned they will now be paying my claim and I am very glad and happy that Tersia Nel took my case seriously when no was at Auto and General wanted to even listen to my case, I commend her for a job well done. We need people like Tersia in South Africa who understands customer`s needs with a very high level of customer satisfaction
