A little light at the end of a very dark tunnel

After having my very first car accident ever (nothing major, messed up my bumper, totally not my fault) I called Miway, registered my claim and got an immedaite response via sms, J. Mashola was to handle my claim. 3 days later my car went in for an assessment and I thought things were moving smoothly. Little did I know that would be the end of it. I never heard from J Mashola ever since he registered my claim. After numerous weekly attempts via email, call centre and his direct line, I simply gave up, and refused to speak to anyone except Greta Goosen. Ready to tell Miway were to get off & fix my own car, luckily C Swanepoel came to the rescue and managed to authorise my claim in thirty minutes, went the extra mile by cutting my excess by 50% and made sure the panelbeaters were in touch within 24 hrs. I paid the excess and my car is in for repairs. Thank for C Swanepoel it should never have come to that but I'm glad you sorted my claim out. What an experience.
