I had a letter from accounts department explaining that i get paid at the end of the month but they did not accept it. they keep taking the earliest date that i get payed from my statements, which if pay day falls on a weekend would be the friday. They keep debiting on that date from my accounts when there is no money in that account at that time. and stop taking money from my current capitec account if you cant get the money from the Debit account. I left R85 in there for monthly account fees which should only be 4.50. why is there nothing in there? i dnt see you putting it back. all i see is the full loan amount going off. why dont you then just take the difference?
