I have been banking with FNB my whole adult life, and I am a platinum card holder. When I applied for a Bond as I wanted to buy a house (first time buyer), I got the worst service of my life! No one came back to me, eventually I was informed that they will only give me 95% bond, with the interest rate of 10.6%. After my years of loyally banking with FNB this is how I was repaid, when I needed them the most.
I then went to Nedbank, they gave me 100% bond with a great interest rate... needless to say I am transferring my accounts to Nedbank. They really went the extra mile to help me and to ensure that I got the 100% bond.
