When i took this insurance they advised that they action requests with in 24hr, my fone was reported damaged from last year December. called 24hr mobility and they advised me to send it to mtn for repairs . i have been tolerating this nonsense of a phone since December. on the 2013/07/18 08:34 AM i spoke to Shamel Meyer in this regards she advised that i should pay R150, bere in mind i have been the one using my resources making contact with them. last week Friday my phone was taken in for repairs and and it will take 3 days for it to be repaired. i called them now they advised that my phone is still being assessed. i'm really annoyed by them the don't miss a debt order. but when you have to recieve help they are super useless
i would never advise anyone to have this policy at hand
