What is going on with our Home Loan App

We applied for a home loan 2 months ago with Nedbank with whom we bank with. Handed in all the documents with our bank manager at Clearwater branch, and to date we have had no feedback from anyone except partial info from our bank manager once every 3 weeks with no or very little concrete info as to what is going on with our app for a home loan. All we know is that it was declined firstly, but then appealed -Not sure what is going on now as that was 4 weeks ago, who to speak to, what to do etc. Nedbank please can you actually tell us if we are a client or if you would like to further more business with us. Nedbank can finance me for vehicles within 1 hour for 5 vehicles in two years, but when it comes to homeloans-well nothing, zipp, zipolo, zero. Let me add, vehicles deppreciate, unlike homes that appreciate??? You make good money off our business account as self employed people every month, so must we stay with you or are you telling us indirectly to move our accounts elsewhere?
