I was informed by FNB Insurance that effective 1 July my FNB Insurance will be replacing my current FNB Insurance Broker policy with a FNB Insurance Direct Policy. I was too notified by SMS that my bank account will be debited as per my premium for my policy what they failed to do or notify me is that my account will be debited twice for FNB Insurance Brokers as well as FNB Insurance Direct! Since notifying FNB on the 26 July to date I've not received an explanation/apology or my money back. Calls to call centre result in promises that I will receive my money back within the next 72 hours.
Please FNB Insurance fix this administrative problem!
