My wife and I were wanting to consolidate our debt with a loan so she did some browsing and came upon loan locator SA that guarantees you a loan. She filled in the application form and submitted it and only then saw that there was a fee of R399. On the 25th of July my account was debited with R399. I have not heard a word from these people regarding a loan or even a telephone call. nothing was signed and nothing had been accepted. not even a phone call. these people literally my money. We are battling as it is and they still take money for nothing. All I am asking for is a refund of the money taken. R399 is a lot of money when you don't have any. How can a company like this even operate. please can you help me?
