Dear Sirs,
Last night I received an SMS saying that R350 was deducted from my banking account Debit order ref: LOANFINDER154677-LFSA-130729NAEDO DR 03. I did register for this service but no where was i informed that the service was R350, the website advised that it was a free loan finding service. Two money lenders offered me a loan that i was not happy with in fact they declined me on the amount that i was requesting. Loanfinders did not contact me in anyway in fact i forgot about them until they debited my account.
I called Loanfinders this morning and spoke to Alex whilst explaining my situation the call was cut. When i tried calling again there was a recorded message saying that they were experiencing a power failure. Please I would like a refund as Loanfinders SA did not inform me of the debit order and that i would need to make a payment. I will be going to the bank to report this matter, should it not be resolved i will take up this matter further.
