After submitting a claim to regent in march, I still wait for it to be resolved, I was requested forward documents which I did, after doing this I have been given a run around by the advisor Karabo and her management team just to get an answer or feedback. I find myself having to call and being told she is one a call when asked to speak to a manager I am told none of the managers are in, so how is the company being run if no managers are in. All I want is for the matter to be resolved and I find it ridiculous that a customer must endlessly wait for feedback as well as follow up themselves, service remains [URL Removed] on Regent!
