As of July 2010 we were under debt review.
I have all the documentation proofing this. Beginning of this year we decided we want to settle our debt and do our own payments again, because debt review takes about R 200.00 in their pockets just for the cars payment and I decided we could rather pay that to Wesbank than Debt review. We send all our creditors letters saying we going of debt review.
The 1st thing Wesbank does is debit as all the outstanding interest as of 2010 thou we were under debt review I'm sure this is illegal but we left it just asking for help we paid R 12 000.00 so there was a R 7 660.00 still in arrears we ask for help saying we will pay it off R 500.00 extra every month. But no Wesbank does not want to help. So I will be going to the press and consumer rights about this. Wesbank wound issue me a border letter because of R 7660.00. the car gets paid every month. So because we asked for help at a registered debt review company we get panelize so where does this leave people that ask for help it's not like we don't pay at all we are trying to fix this but with no help form anyone.
