I went to the arm in randfontein to withdraw money, got there and the arm didn't take out money but gave me my card. The machine kept saying plz wait, I then called one of the consultants to assist. She then called the department and said we have to log a call. I was told it would take 24 hours to have the money back into my account which was reasonable, I then called back to the branch again to find out if there was a response. Only to be told it will take 15 days for me to get my money back as the arm people have to reconcile the machine. Those people go to the atm everyday, I don't understand why it should take that long
I want MY money into my account tomorrow as I have to pay my bills and childrens school fees. I'm even thinking of cancelling my account
