Bad service from Standard Bank

I had an incident were my wallet got which included my personal bank cards I then went into the bank to have them cancelled and to have new cards issued. They have given me one card with all me accounts linked to it and I have been having problems with my card since, I have emailed and called the bank as well as the support centre since last Friday 26.07.2013 and nothing has been done to fix my problem I've been out shopping on Sunday and all my accounts that are linked to this card have declined this has been very frustrating and embarrassing at the same time and I thought I would share this with you.
