No feedback on claim submitted

I was involved in an accident on the evening of 8 July 2013. I obtained a case number from SAPS, and submitted a claim at Hollard against my insurance policy. Nkuli called me on the 10th of July, and I was impressed by the quick response. Since then it went downhill. Hollard informed me that I do not have cover for repairs to my canopy and rubberising. I asked that proof of exclusion be supplied since I cannot remember what I specified when I took out cover more than 40 months ago. My vehicle was booked in at the panel beaters this morning (29th of July). I have still not received the voice recordings where I excluded cover, and have this horrible "insurance" feeling that I'll end up with the surprise to pay half of my own damage. The claim number is 779245.

Please Hollard! I thought that with you "It's sorted", especially since I was stationery at a red light and was hit from behind by a taxi with failed brakes!
