Refuse to refund me according to the agent

Nedbank Loan Collections Departments has conveniently debited my account twice after distinctly telling them last month i cant afford to pay a outstanding arrears for 1 month which is R431.00. This month Nedbank has just gone ahead and debited my account. Upon calling them i have asked them to reverse the transaction as i am in need of this money as i haven't even paid my child's school fees nor did i budget for transport to work and back. I am highly disappointed in the fact that they called me i explained my situation to them and the gentleman from the collections Department did not explain to me that they would debit my account. I am the only bread winner in my house and have 3 Kids to support. When i spoke to the lady on Saturday the 27.07.2013 she said that they will refund me by Monday or Tuesday. Today when I called to hear if the matter is resolved and that i need the money they told me they cant reverse it. I am actually very off as you explain to them affordability and they yes yes but than they do this to me. I earn a low income and How do i explain to my sons school that Nedbank does as they please because its there account. I am hoping to get results from this
