No more words for Standard Bank

I have received a letter from MIW Risk Solution on the 19/7/2013 stating that I have skipped 2 payments in the last 6 months and that my outstanding balance is R2515.02. I have sent them the proof of payment and they said that it was send in error. I was given a telephonic outstanding balance of R2431.00. I went and paid R2560.00 to be on the save side. I requested a paid-up letter from MIW. Standard Bank then replied that I have still an outstanding balance of R728.98. I have previous request a statement from Standard Bank and was told that I have to request if through the collector. The collector has given me the outstanding balance and I have paid this. I have no more words for Standard Bank, I will drive and pay this amount today. I have never receive any statements from MIW or Standard Bank for that matter. If you search further on the site you will find that this seems to be a regular accordance between Standard Bank and debt collector. This is a shame. I will paid this amount today, just to get rid of Standard Bank. This was the most unpleasant experience of my life. Don't ever phone me. Absolutely disgraceful.
