No clue - no service - no nothing - Nadda!!!

I tried to take my partners car in for evaluation on an assessment claim due to a car accident by one of their policy holders. I was told to go to Century City, the address given: Century Blvd and Heron Crest in the Basement. time was for 08>45... needless to say i am still looking for the place!!! how can any call centre give out an address like that!!! really now!!! i have to take time off again and phone and make another appointment... why must we always run after the insurance people!!!
