VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

I was sequestrated 3 years ago, and have been rehabilitated recently. Rehabilitation means that the court orders that your profile must be cleared from any ITC credit listings, and no financial credit provider may hold it against you for future credit applications, as it is discriminating. I have applied for a credit card at FNB in May 2012, only to learn my records were never updated. I gave them ALL the court's documents 4 TIMES. After given them a letter from my lawyer, stating the rights and laws under the Sequestration and Rehabilitation ACT, their legal department still rejected my application because of my previous record. Now they have asked me for the 5th time all the documents AS WELL AS THE LEGAL EXPLANATION ON HOW THE SEQUESTRATION AND REHABILITATION PROCESS WORKS. FNB'S LEGAL DEPARTMENT ASKS ME (AN ENGINEER) HOW IT WORKS??? I HAVE TO work through a consultant at my nearest branch (N1 City), which takes ONE MONTH FOR A REPLY FROM FNB'S LEGAL DEPARTMENT, AS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ANY CALLS!!! Steve from Beep Bank, if I were you, I would stay with Beep Bank!!!
