Oakhurst my account and still debit my account

Joined a vehicle insurance with Oaakhurst in July 2010, Oakhurst contacted me to inform me that my polivy has been canceled around July 2011, I still dont understand the reason behind the cancelation of my policy, the premium was around R500, after they canceled my policy they continued debiting R95 for every month since then, tried calling to find out why they still debiting and i was informed that it was for the broker and i do not even know the broker they refering to as i never joined anything with the broker, Oakhurts cant even assist with the brokers contact details to cancel the debits, I want them to cancel the debit and refund all my cash they have been debiting since July 2011 when they canceled my policy, i also wants to know why my policy was canceled. I use to contact Lebo since 2011 to try and get assistance, i spoke to Zanele Nkosi in June 2013 and she told me that Lebo is no longer working there and she will contact me back the same day with feedback since she does not know what is going on with my policy and she didnt. I didnt cancel the policy and yet they tell me they dont know whats going On, I am very furious with the way they treat their clients.
