About a month ago Card Division stopped my Autobank Card for no reason. I wasn't able to access internet banking, the message saying "your card has been stopped, contact the call centre" I contacted the call centre who advised me that Card Division stopped the card but did not give a reason.
I contacted Card Division via my personal banker. To-date even my personal banker has not bee able to get an explanation or an apology.
About 7 months ago, Card Division did the same thing with Credit Card. Imagine the embarrassment and inconvenience when trying to pay you are told your Credit Card has been cancelled.
How would the CEO of Standard Bank feel if he is told his Credit Card has been cancelled whilst making a purchase and to add insult he can't get an explanation from the Bank? Pathetic!!!
