First National Bank
PayPal withdrawal issues with new FNB website

Day after FNB "upgraded" (downgraded) old to new Int. banking website, I've noticed that I can't do Paypal withdrawals any longer. After checking FNB's facebook and twitter I realized I am not the only one and that everyone who uses PayPal has exact same problem.
What is the issue; when I try to do Paypal withdrawal, I get prompted to update my address; when I update address and press confirm I get horrendous (E-37) error and that is how far I can go. I also logged support case with FNB (Ref: 276283600) on 16th of July, 2013. Day after, lady named Rayley phoned me and asked me to send her screenshot of error and told me she will phone me shortly to confirm that issue has been resolved. Obliviously that was the last time I've heard from FNB and PayPal withdrawal issue is still present. So what I can't understand is why is talking so long (2 weeks) for this to be resolved? This is obviously affecting all FNB customers so why is FNB not doing something about it or informing their customers they are actually doing something to resolve this issue? Also what is happening to FNB's (how can we help you) customer service? Why is no one following up with me on case I've opened two weeks ago?
