For the past month (not the first time I've tried to get answers in the past few years regarding the same matter) I have been calling Nedbank's legal department in order to resolve an outstanding amount owed. I have been passed from department to department and eventually end up leaving messages on the answering machine which too - do NOT get answered.
I can't believe that Nedbank, a financial institution, is so incredibly in-efficient and don't have sufficient staff to answer phone calls and simply transfer you to the correct department! What is the point of having a legal department if in fact, there is nobody to answer phones and assist clients with legal matters?
I find this financial institution to have the worst possible service out of all the major banks that operate in South Africa!
Please could the person in charge of Nedbank's legal department contact me to resolve this issue.
