In the first week of July 2013, we approached FNB Bank as our current Bank institute requesting a Bank Guaranteed letter for a Tender we are Bidding for which is due 29th July 2013. A consultant by the name of Maphuti Moraba at Landros Mare Branch indicated that there is a procedure to be followed; we filled in the forms, later that week she said we should write a formal letter to FNB requesting the Bank Guaranteed Letters.
On the 9th July 2013, we forwarded the formal letters to Maphuti Moraba requesting Bank Guaranteed letters clearly indicating the due date for submission of the required documents. Sadly to date, we still haven't received any documents which could cost our business an income for the next three years. How are we supposed to trust the smooth operation of our finances with the kind of service we are receiving while we are loyal clients of the company both on personal and business level?
