I wrote a complaint in December about NSFAS deducting money for a loan that I settled in September 2012. Today I received an "apology" from the CCC department, stating that all monies owed to me were refunded, last being on 11 January. NSFAS actually still owes me money, the refund paid on 11 January was the money NSFAS took from my account in NOVEMBER 2012! You still PROCEEDED to deduct money (R2270.88) from my account on 21 December 2012!!! As usual I informed the call centre and have sent emails [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] to NSFAS but nobody has bothered to respond to me.
On 18/1/13 I spoke to Bongiwe who told me that no emails were received and that I should send an email to her [Email Removed] requesting a refund for money taken in December.
I want my refund of R2270.88 for money NSFAS decided to take from my salary in December 2012!
