Ive logged a request with A&G to forward me a document containing information on my claim which was done approximately February/March 2012 as MTN on the other hand has been billing me a Blackberry Internet Services fee when i havent been using a blackberry phone for 14 months. No one has responded since. I have emailed capeservice@telesure; policy@policyservices as well as vapadmin@telesure, three individuals of which all of them chose to ignore!!! I am furious, to think their amenity is inadequately ineffectual. I require a response very very urgently, today if possible.
