Unauthorised debit orde

An unauthorised debit order was put through on my account on the morning of 25 July 2013 for R399.99. I then contacted Absa call centre who supplied me with the number 0861100141 which should be 0875750000. This is a number for FNB who put through the debit order for one of their clients Personalised Systems and Services 012 663-5662. Upon phoning them they gave me a number for C I Solutions 031 837-7036 who is the company that initiated the debit order request. I spoke to a person named Keegan at this company who then said that there may have been an error and said that he would do an immediate refund which i am still waiting to see reflect on my account. This is not the first time that this has occurred. Three to four months back a similar incident happened. An unauthorised debit order of R399.99 was put through by Afrimedia 031 836-1407. On calling Absa regarding this incident i was told that there was nothing that they could do about it. Why is Absa allowing unauthorised debit orders to go through our accounts. It seems to be the same amount of R399.99 each time. The response from Absa seems to be the same each time. I see i am not the only Absa client this has happened to.
