It's now been a week since I cancelled my policy with MiWay. No calls, e-mail, SMS... nothing to confirm that it has or hasn't been cancelled on your end. I shudder to think that it might be cancelled already, even though I noted that I only wanted it to be cancelled on the 31st of this month. My departure from MiMay closely resembles my arrival... I'm just another number whom you got to bleed money from for almost 3 years. I was never a 'client' or even a person. My new insurance company has treated me like a king since I joined them, and they haven't even received their debit order yet! Good riddance to poor service!
