Hi Peter I called nedbank to enquire about my account and I was assisted by Palesa the consultant at nedbank call centre, this lady spoke to me as if we had numerous years knowing each other she made me feel like a very important client, in a nutshell to work with people for her is a calling.

Nedbank has trained and groomed her well. Thanks nedbank you really made thing happen for me yesterday...
