Pathetic Service

Three weeks ago I found a car I was interested in buying. Spoke to the Dealer they worked out a good deal, they agreed to Settle my current Vehicle for me. A day after they applied for finance they called me and said the Bank does not want to finance me due to (affordability). I then accepted the news and searched for something cheaper and found one. The Dealer reapplied for finance, Today I got call from the Dealer and they advised the Bank still does not want to approve the finance due to (affordability), I do find (affordability) excuse being a lame one, recheck all my Documents I provided you with. The humiliation I have to go through after you reject my application is unbearable. I've been a loyal Customer to Wesbank with excellent payment history. I had two cars financed through you and this would've been the third. I called your Call Centre today. A very helpful lady assisted and said it seems like my Income was loaded incorrectly on the system and she will get the Person who dealt with my account to call me back. I'm still waiting on the call back. If this is the Service I get from Wesbank, I will never consider doing any finance through you again!
