ABSA LOST ALL MY MONEY AND NOW BLAME ME, WHY ABSA?

On the 06 April 2013 Altech Autopage allowed a illegal sim swap to take place on my Company Cell Phone and one hour later ABSA allowed several transactions to take place with one hour ABSA allowed all the money to be transfered to other ABSA accounts and some transactions to Standard Bank. Upto now ABSA has not been helpful to refund the money to my account as ABSA has been investigating this case since 12 April 2013 when it was reported on the 09 April 2013. ABSA even told me I must have pressed something on my computer and this is why they lost my money as far as I concerend ABSA lost/ my money and now I must get the blame. I will now consider legal action as ABSA has decided not respond to me since within 3 months allowing a bad credit history to take place and deforming my caracter because of negligence from ABSA.
ABSA the worst Bank that treat paying customers like nothing important because you have been there for 20 years. SORRY ABSA I GAVE YOU THE FUNDS AND YOU LOST IT WITH YOUR POOR SECURITY SYSTEMS AND POLICIES AND NOW WANT TO BLAME ME this will be head line for the first court case to go to full litigation with legal costs. Come on ABSA Really
