Freezing my bank account and refusing to unfreeze

I went to standard bank this morning because they have frozen my bank account, i ask them to unfreeze and they send me back because they want a proof of residence, so i rush back home to get my rental statement to use as proof of residence but then they tell me they cant accept my rental statement, i tell them i don't have any statements as i do not not have any credit accounts or utility accounts... still they tell me they can't help me even when i tell them i need access to my money urgently because i have to send money to my family so they buy groceries and also for transport for myself to get to work, even when i ask them to close my account and just give me my money, they refused... i mean really just because i don't have a credit account or a utility account, i have to be treated as if i am trying to my own money... even now i don't know how to handle this because i cant access my account and i have a family to support. my days of banking with standard bank are over, my family is suffering just because i bank with these people.
