Increased debit order on car orde

I received an SMS on the 18th of July about an increase on my vehicle debit order for R511.56. The reason on the SMS is that no proof of vehicle insurance has been send. This was the first time I heard anything about it. I did not received any phone call. It sounds like ABSA just added an extra insurance on my debit order without even consulting me. Or asking for consent. They only SMS me on the 18th of July but my first increased payment was already deducted on the 1st July. Is that even legal? Can any company deduct or add an extra insurance without any signature from the client?
When I bought the car and asked for ABSA for finance they would not prove any finance without prove of insurance. So why is their a problem 5 years down the line.

I send proof of insurance to AIP services. But now ABSA have all these criteria that has to be in the letter so that they can take off the levy on my car payment. And I have to give a finance agreement number on all correspondence with ABSA. Otherwise they cannot update my profile. If I don't have any of the criteria the debit order will be increased. I dont have a number. They also did not mention that I will receive my money back.
