Your website is not acceptable

The new website is not acceptable. I can't be spending over 15 minutes trying to find things. I don't want to explore your website I want to pay my bills and get on with my business.

I couldn't find the settings button for the daily limit. Why do I need to call the call centre for such a basic thing??? And who is paying for my call? ME!! This is not acceptable!!

Really FNB you have not simplified this you have just made everything more difficult!!

I need that setting buttons at the TOP again NOT Insurance. You didn't help me.

Next thing we will be paying for a course to learn how to use your website. Please fix this ASAP!

And please don't CALL me just fix it and make your website user friendly!!
